Buckeyes



Ingredients
2 pounds Peanut Butter
1 pound butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
3 pounds powdered sugar
1 pkg chocolate chips
1/2 cake Parawax (used in making jellies)

Directions
Mix peanut butter and butter in large bowl.
(If using a mixer, use bread hooks)
Add vanilla extract.
Slowly add in powdered sugar until mixed.
Form into small balls and place on wax paper.
Over medium heat, melt chocolate chips and paraway in double boiler.
Using a toothpick, dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate leaving a small portion of top uncovered.
Replace back onto wax paper until cooled
