Campbell's Easy Turkey Pot Pie

Prep/Cook Time: 40 minutes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 package (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (& cooked)
1 cup cubed cooked turkey (or chicken)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose baking mix (or Bisquick)
PREHEAT oven to 400F.
MIX soup, vegetables and turkey in 9' pie plate. (or deep dish)
MIX milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake 30 min. or until golden. Serves 4.
