Snicker Doodles
Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Roll into balls 1" in diameter. Roll in mixture of 2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tsp sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
